The Cheese Secrets Cheese Club is your monthly tasting box, curated by Cheese Secrets in Niagara on the Lake. Each box includes 2–3 hand selected cheeses plus a pairing item, with tasting notes and simple pairing ideas so you can enjoy it right away.

What’s inside each box
Each month you’ll receive 2–3 artisanal cheeses (about 100–200g per cheese), featuring a mix of local favourites and imported specialities. You’ll also get a gourmet pairing item selected to complement the cheeses, plus printed tasting notes and pairing suggestions including origin, style, and flavour profile.

Choose monthly, quarterly, or semi annually for the best value. We curate a new selection each month so it always feels fresh. Enjoy it at home, gift it, or bring it to your next get together.
Delivery + pickup
Hand delivery is included within Niagara Region. Prefer pickup? No problem! Outside our delivery area, contact us for a shipping quote.

Subscriptions renew automatically based on the plan you select. Tax not included. Please read through our subscription terms and conditions before checkout.

Subscription options
- Monthly: Renews automatically unless cancelled before the monthly cut off date.
- Quarterly: Renews automatically unless cancelled before the quarterly renewal date.
- Semi-Annually (6 months): Renews automatically unless cancelled before the semi-annual renewal date. One accommodation per 6-month term is available: you may skip one month or double a future month. Requests must be emailed to cheesesecretsniagara@gmail.com by the 10th of the month.
Delivery
- Delivery is included in the subscription price for addresses within the Niagara region.
- Delivery date: The 15th of each month.
- To be included in that month’s delivery, your subscription must be active by the 10th. Subscriptions started after the 10th will roll into the following month.
- If an address is outside our delivery area, we will contact you to arrange in-store pickup (or an alternative solution where possible).
In-store pickup
- You may choose in-store pickup instead of delivery. Please email cheesesecretsniagara@gmail.com by the 10th if you would like to switch to pickup for that month.
- Boxes are ready for pickup starting 12:00 pm on the 15th.
- If you are unable to pick up on the 15th, please contact us to coordinate.
Dietary preferences and allergies
- Boxes may include dairy and/or meat products.
- If you have dietary restrictions or prefer a vegetarian box, email cheesesecretsniagara@gmail.com by the 10th and we will do our best to accommodate. (Accommodation is not guaranteed due to product availability.)
Payment
- Payment is processed at sign-up and automatically at the start of each renewal cycle.
Cancellations and refunds
- Monthly: Cancel anytime, but to avoid being charged for the upcoming box, you must cancel by the 10th of the month.
- Quarterly and Semi-Annually: Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Refunds: No refunds are provided for cancellations made after the applicable cutoff date or once a box has been prepared.
Receiving your order
- Someone must be available to receive deliveries, as boxes contain perishable items.
- We will send a text or call with an estimated delivery window on delivery day (approximately 1:00 pm to 8:00 pm).
- If you request the box be left unattended, Cheese Secrets is not responsible for product quality after delivery.
- If no delivery instructions are provided and no one is available, the order must be picked up in-store and delivery fees are not refundable.
- If a customer does not pick up their order or contact us within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time, the box is forfeited and no refund will be provided.
