This reserve blue cheese
has a higher butterfat content, giving it a more luxuriously creamy flavour and
texture than the Celtic Blue. An unassertive blue cheese with a nice balance
between the extra creamy paste and gently sweet and earthy blue veining. Aged
2-3 months with a natural rind.
