Monforte Athena Sheep Milk Cheese A Hard Grade Cheese with a Soft Greek Heart

Monforte Athena Sheep Milk Cheese has been hand-rubbed weekly for six months with olive oil during the aging process. A wonderful addition to any cheese platter, especially if you are serving fresh figs. If you’re looking for a change to your favourite Italian pasta dish, substitute plain Parmesan with some shaved Monforte Athena.  Or for a change of pace, add to a nice garden salad for a little something extra.
