Bleu Benedictin Canadian Blue Cheese is Crafted by Monks in the Heart of the Benedictine Abbey of Saint-Benoît-du-Lac, Quebec. Bleu Benedictin is a whole milk, semi-soft cheese. The aroma is reminiscent of mushroom and the cheese has a creamy, light salty flavour palette. Deeply-veined with Roquefort penicillin mold gives the cheese it’s blue inside speckling.
